    In all the years of banking with this bank, I have had nothing but praise for them, however with this new online banking change, I wish I had the option to give them minus 5 stars. It is impossible to get previous transactions, half of my accounts are not showing up. Banking should be easy for the client. BVCU has just made it a lot harder to bank online. Thanks for the heads up about changing to a no account number system. It has taken me 2 hours to partially figure out all of my accounts. It is a nightmare system.

    Only issue is with the info page. Operation times for Saturday are incorrect.

    As a non member I am able to use them to cash the occasional cheque or get change. Always a good experience. Friendly staff.
