    Owner would not do a return on a defective item per company policy. Had to contact corporate head office who forced them to take it back. Will never go there again.

    The staff and manager of the store are very helpful and will help you find what you are looking for. They will find your item if not in their store and bring it in. If there's a sale on they will help you to get the best deal.

    In the mall just off the highway, near Safeway, the BC Liquors, and Sportchek, Marks is a chain that brings big box prices together with local friendly service.
